Saville Jones were appointed to remodel this ‘hacienda’ style bungalow, located in a desirable part of East Preston, West Sussex with direct beach access and stunning sea views.

The proposal included the refurbishment of the ground floor to create a contemporary seafront home, aesthetically sympathetic to its beach location.

Carefully consideration was given to the massing and elevation composition. The scheme has been designed for a new first floor plan to be added in the future, whilst preventing overlooking from neighbouring properties and without blocking their sea views.
