Broadbeach is a great example of contemporary 1960’s architecture on a private estate in West Sussex. The house faces dues south and commands amazing sea views and embodies British coastal living.

The property was originally designed as an architects house, savillejones were commissioned by the owners to provide additional living accommodation; external heated pool and landscaping without compromising on the architectural quality or the fluid spatial dynamic.

The existing features  including the walnut flooring and open tread staircase were refurbished as part of the works.

Savillejones designed a deck level pool sensitively tying together the existing terrace with a new access and rear landscaping design.
